In the country of India a state lies.
The name is West Bengal that is our pride.
In the north lies the hills.
And in the south are the plains.
This state has both crops and chills.
And that’s what I claim.

Kolkata, it’s capital stands with all it’s pride
As it is where the prides of Bengal were born
And also wrapped in shroud. Rabindranath, Netaji, Satyajit Ray-
They are still in our hearts as immortal, Who are never gonna die.

In the month of October is when counting finally concludes
Durga Puja starts filling with joy everyone’s mood
Equally fantastic are the Bengali sweets Rasogolla, Sandesh and Misti doi are the best treats.
