Ramakrishna Chatterjee Asansol, West Burdwan -: On the day of the inauguration of the newly built Jagannath temple in Digha, state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced that Mahaprasad of Jagannath Dev will be delivered to every household in the state through ration. As per his announcement, the work of delivering Jagannath Mahaprasad through ration to every house has started in Salanpur block from June 20. On this day, Debanjan Biswas, the Block Development Officer of the concerned block, went to a ration shop in the Pitha Keari area of ​​Rupnarayanpur and handed over a packet of Jagannath Dev's Mahaprasad to a customer. Salarpur Panchayat Samiti President Kailashpati Mandal, Vice President Bidyut Mishra, District Council Executive Director Mohammad Arman, social worker Bhola Singh and many others were present. The Block Development Officer said that on the instructions of the Chief Minister, the process of delivering Mahaprasad of Jagannath Dev in Digha through door-to-door ration has started. Gradually, this Mahaprasad will be delivered to every house in the block.
